Rightly so, because “all that Iranian talk”:http://en.rian.ru/russia/20071228/94513968.html of a final contract was wishful thinking (or hogwash).

Why would you just take the Russian government’s word for it that this export will not happen? Should their denial really carry that much weight, or do you have other evidence?
