There is not an established link between Iran and al-Qaeda. There is, however, a partnership between Iran and Syria, and a partnership between both of them with all sorts of Palestinian terrorism plus Hezbollah.

al-Qaeda has also moved from Iraq into Jordan and now into southern Lebanon and they have made inroads into Gaza.

They may not be working hand in hand yet – but the weekend analysis on VitalPerspective.com makes me think that if/when Iran gets the bomb, they may bring all of the extremists and terrorists under its protection.
